Last updated 28 August 2026 ## **01**Parties and scope These terms govern the use of the services at daras.com.tr and its related domains, operated under the Daras brand. Any natural or legal person using the service is deemed to have accepted these terms. Where a separate service agreement is signed with a corporate customer, that agreement prevails in case of conflict. ## **02**What the service is Daras is a cloud-based software service bringing storefront, product and inventory management, order management, marketplace integrations, payment and invoicing flows and B2B sales processes into one platform. The service is provided with different features and capacity limits depending on the subscription plan. The platform is developed continuously. Existing features may be improved, new ones added, or rarely used functions removed; changes that materially affect your use are announced in advance. ## **03**Account creation and user responsibility Using the service requires creating an account with accurate and current information. Account security is the user's responsibility. - Keeping login credentials confidential and not sharing them with third parties - Being responsible for all activity carried out through the account - Reporting any suspicion of unauthorised access without delay - Ensuring that products and content offered in the store comply with legislation ## **04**Acceptable use The service must be used in line with applicable legislation and good faith. The following are prohibited: - Offering products or services whose sale is prohibited by legislation - Publishing content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights - Attempts to bypass platform security measures, unauthorised access or intrusion attempts - Automated requests that place a disproportionate load on the infrastructure and degrade service quality - Misleading consumers with inaccurate price, stock or campaign information Where these rules are breached, the account may be suspended temporarily or the agreement terminated. ## **05**Fees, trial period and cancellation Subscription plans and current prices are published on the pricing page. Published prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at the applicable rate when the invoice is issued. - No payment is taken during the trial period; continuing afterwards requires separate approval - Subscriptions are invoiced in advance for the period the plan covers - Plan upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply at the end of the period - When a subscription is cancelled, service continues until the end of the paid period ## **06**Intellectual property Rights in the Daras software, interfaces, brand and documentation are reserved. A subscription grants the right to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of the software. Product images, texts, theme customisations and customer data you upload to your store belong to you. You can export them at any time. ## **07**Customer data and privacy For end-user data collected through your store, you are the data controller; Daras acts as a processor handling that data on your instructions. The principles of processing are explained in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Notice. ## **08**Service continuity and maintenance We aim to deliver the service without interruption; planned maintenance is carried out during low-traffic hours where possible and announced in advance. Unexpected interruptions are shared transparently on the status page. Interruptions caused by hosting infrastructure, internet service providers or integrated third-party services (marketplace, carrier, payment institution) fall outside this commitment. ## **09**Limitation of liability The service is provided as it is. Daras cannot be held liable for the user's own business decisions, the content they upload, or faults and policy changes in third-party integrations' own systems. Total liability for direct damages is in any case limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months preceding the damage. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence. ## **10**Termination You may end your subscription at any time. On termination you are given a reasonable period to export your data; after that period the data is deleted in line with the retention policy. The service may be suspended where payment obligations are not met or acceptable use rules are seriously breached. ## **11**Changes to these terms These terms may be updated due to changes in legislation or the evolution of the service. Material changes are announced by email or in-panel notice before they take effect; continuing to use the service after the announcement means the updated terms are accepted. ## **12**Governing law and dispute resolution These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith negotiation; where this fails, the courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have jurisdiction. Users qualifying as consumers retain their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts. ## **13**Contact You can send questions about these terms through the channels on the contact page.
