# **Privacy Policy **

What data we collect, how we process it, and how we protect it. GDPR-compliant, fully transparent.

## **01**Scope of this policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit the daras.com.tr marketing site. If you shopped from a store running on Daras, the controller of that store's customer data is the store owner; Daras only processes it on the store owner's instructions.

## **02**What we collect

We only collect what you send us and the technical records the site needs to work.

- When you submit a demo request: full name, work email, phone, company, website, industry, sales channels, revenue range, monthly order volume and your message
- When you subscribe to status notifications: your email address
- When an error occurs on the site: the error message, page address and browser information
- Anonymous performance measurements about page load speed

There is no hidden data collection beyond this. We use no advertising networks, social media pixels or user tracking tools.

## **03**Why we collect it

Demo and contact details are used only to get back to your request. Technical records exist to fix errors and make the site faster. We do not use your data for advertising, and we neither sell nor share it with third parties.

## **04**We don't use cookies

No analytics, advertising or tracking cookie runs on this site, and nothing is written to your browser's local storage. That is why you never see a cookie consent banner here. See the Cookie Policy page for details.

## **05**Which external services we use

We work with a small number of infrastructure providers so the service can run:

- Email delivery service: for form replies and notification emails
- Hosting and content delivery network: to publish the site and protect it against attacks
- Error monitoring service: only when configured, for technical error records

Fonts are served from our own servers, so no request goes out to a third party to load them.

## **06**How we protect your data

All traffic is carried over current encryption protocols. Access to management interfaces requires authorisation and critical actions are written to an audit log. If you make a payment, your card details are not stored on Daras infrastructure; they are sent over an encrypted connection to a licensed payment institution, where the payment is processed.

## **07**How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for at most two years, status subscriptions until you unsubscribe, and technical error and performance records for at most twelve months. On your request, your data is deleted sooner.

## **08**Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data and to object to processing. These rights are set out in detail in the KVKK Notice. Sending your request to hello@daras.com.tr is enough.

## **09**Changes

This policy may be updated as the service evolves or legislation changes. The update date is shown at the top of the page; material changes are announced separately.
