# **KVKK Privacy Notice **

Your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law and Daras's data processing principles.

## **01**Data controller

This notice is prepared under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For activities carried out on daras.com.tr and its related domains, the data controller is Daras. You can reach us at hello@daras.com.tr for any request.

## **02**Personal data we process

On our marketing site we only process what you send us and the technical records needed to keep the service running.

- Demo request form: full name, work email, phone, company name, website, industry, sales channels, revenue range, monthly order volume and your message
- Status notification subscription: email address only
- Technical records: when an error occurs, the error message, page address and browser information; plus page load speed measurements

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

## **03**Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:

- Responding to your demo and setup requests and contacting you
- Sending the service interruption and maintenance notices you subscribed to
- Fixing errors on the site and improving performance
- Meeting obligations arising from legislation

## **04**Legal grounds

Demo requests and status subscriptions rely on your explicit consent. Technical error and performance records are processed under our legitimate interest in delivering the service securely and without interruption. Where a contractual relationship is established, data is processed on the ground of formation and performance of that contract.

## **05**How we collect it

Data is collected by non-automated means when you fill in the forms yourself, and technical records are collected by partially automated means while you use the site. The site does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

## **06**Who we share it with

Your personal data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing. Only the following limited transfers take place so the service can operate:

- Email delivery infrastructure: to send notification and reply emails
- Hosting and content delivery infrastructure: to publish the site and keep it secure
- Error monitoring service: only when configured, to review technical error records
- Authorised public authorities: where and to the extent legislation requires

## **07**Retention period

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires. Demo requests are kept for at most two years after the request is concluded; status subscriptions until you unsubscribe; technical error and performance records for at most twelve months. At the end of the period, or upon your request, the data is deleted.

## **08**Your rights under Article 11

By applying to the data controller you may exercise the following rights:

- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request erasure or destruction within the conditions of the Law
- Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
- Object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

## **09**How to apply

You can send your requests to hello@daras.com.tr or through the channels on our contact page. Depending on its nature, your request is concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest; where the process incurs an additional cost, the tariff set by the Board applies. If you prefer a written application, you can request our postal address through the same channels.
